Real Name: Nathan "Nate" Grey
Code-Name: X-Man
Team Affilliation: None, though helps the X-Men
Age: 17
Height: 5'9
Hair: Brown with a white streak in it
Weight: 135 pounds
Powers:
Astral Plane Tap: ability to Tap into the enormous psychic resources of the astral plane in order to manipulate matter and energy.
Telepathy: telepath of the first order. His telepathy has proven great enough in power and scope as to allow him to read thoughts across vast distances, and even interface with multiple minds, simultaneously.
Telekinesis: Telekinetically, Nate is capable of very fine control over objects; he can disassemble complex devices explosively (separating every last component, such as screws, nuts, circuit boards, etc.), and just as quickly and easily assemble complex devices. This also has enabled him to even attain awareness and control over objects as small as individual electrons in an atom. For instance, Nate could detect if a seal was hermetic, or not, by checking for the presence of penetrating oxygen molecules. He could even detect and discern individual oxygen molecules, and determine the atomic weight of molecules, by the amount of atoms present. On larger levels, Nate can levitate great weights, into the tons, but his upper limit has remained undisclosed.
History: Nate Grey was created in an alternate timeline in which Apocalypse had conquered North America. Nate was created by one of Apocalypse's Horseman, Mister Sinister, from genetic material taken from Prelate Cyclops and the captive X-Man, Jean Grey. Nate was born and grew up in Sinister's slave pens, from which he was released years later by Cyclops, who had turned against Sinister. After his escape, Nate joined Forge, who led a traveling band of performers, who were secretly conducting guerrilla warfare on Apocalypse's minions in the American Midwest.
At a young age, the age of 17, Mr. Sinister, known as simply Sinister, killed Forge, who was a father figure to Nate. Being overpowered by rage, and slight fear, he lashed out with his powers and killed Sinister. He began to wander for a while, and came across the X-Men. He rejected joining them, but helped them on an assualt on the Citadel.
During the assualt, Nate came across the mutant Holocaust, and battled him alone. It was a harsh battle, which Nate could not win alone with his powers. Finding a shard of the recently recovered M'Kraan Crystal, he stabbed Holocaust and both vanished, ending up in this universe. He battled Holocaust once more, causing him to retreat to hide.
Soon, Nate met Madelyne Pryor, and they became close friends. He soon helped the Jean Grey of this timeline kill Madelyne.
After coming back to Xavier's, he had his mind probed by Xavier himself. Nate, sensing the entity Onslaught inside Xavier, lashed out at Xavier with his powers and took off.
He is now friends with the mutant Threnody, and he roams the world, helping others when its needed, and awaiting the long battle against Apocolypse. He is still aquiantences with the X-Men.
